All products are sold for research or laboratory use only, not for therapeutic purposes, diagnostics, or any applications to humans or animals.

Orders

Orders may be placed via phone, fax, email, or mail. All orders must clearly indicate the customer phone number, fax number, billing address, shipping address, catalog numbers, product names, and quantity ordered.

Product Warranty

Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated in our product datasheet will be replaced at no charge.

Shipping and Handling

All products listed on our website are in stock. Domestic orders received before 2 PM (PST) from Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the same day for delivery the following day. Orders received after 2 PM (PST) from Monday to Thursday and received on Friday will be shipped out the next business day. International orders will be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Assay Biotechnology is not responsible for delays due to Customs clearance. The shipping fee will be invoiced to customers if using FedEx account of Assay Biotechnology. The handling fees are $4 for domestic and $8 for international shipments.

Payment

Payment terms are net 30 days for domestic and 45 days for international purchases. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for payments made in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return the antibodies for store credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, nor can they be used for store credit. We guarantee our products 100% for treatment concentrations and tissue stated on product datasheets located on http://www.assaybiotech.com. Assay Biotechnology reserves the right to refuse the return if this condition is not met. No returns of any type will be accepted without technical support approval. If you have any problems with your antibodies, please contact us at tech@assaybiotech.com to resolve your problems or receive a refund. You may only return the products for refund for the product cost. We do not refund shipping and handling. Refunds can only apply to customer in the US.? International customers are not guaranteed refunds. We do ask that you do not return any products before first receiving a return authorization from Technical Support. For returns due to packing or shipping error please call our Customer Service Team at 1-877-883-7988. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to complete the refund process. No credit will be issued after the 30-day period.

Specify on product warranty that refunds are only applicable to US customers and must first be approved by Technical Support.
