Job Title: Product Development Scientist I and Scientist II

Job Duties:
Product Development Scientist will work on new product line development. Products consist of assay kits for protein kinas, protease, GPCR, or any biology targets that provide biology actionable information. The Development Scientist will take primary responsibility for the preparation for and conduct of the laboratory component of each phase of a development program.

- contribute to the design and development of assays to measure the functional consequences of modulating the activity of target proteins;
- conduct basic research experiments and cell culture work to support our target discovery efforts.
- design assay development projects;
- writing laboratory protocols, reports, and SOPs
- troubleshooting laboratory process related issues during the preparation for and conduct of studies;
- Investigate, create and develop new methods and technologies for project;
- be responsible for the supervision and professional development of their development laboratory associates and assistants

Job Requirements:
Ph.D. in biology with 0-2 years (Development Scientist I) of relevant laboratory experience
Ph.D. in biology with 2-5 years (Development Scientist II) of relevant laboratory, project management, and supervisory experience

Salary:
$60,000-80,000 per year for Product Development Scientist I
$75,000-100,000 per year for Product Development Scientist II

Job Title: Technical Writer I

Job Duties:
Develop, organize or edit reports, quality control findings, memos, quotations, agreements, correspondence, commodity technical descriptions, promotional materials re: biotech products transactions by using biotechnology appropriate terminology and lexicons. Assist and coordinate business and technical oral and written communications with manufacturers, suppliers, importers, exporters, end-users and government agencies re: biotechnology products and service. Edit or standardize materials prepared by management and other personnel. Confer with sales, vendors, suppliers, engineers, executives, or regulatory agencies to draft or revise technical writings. Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes. Select photos, drawings, diagrams, and charts to illustrate technical writing materials. Talk with marketing, production and engineering personnel and read journals and other materials to become familiar with product technologies and production methods, and perform other duties relating to technical writing.

Job Requirements:
BS in English or general field with 1 year experience in the job offer is required.

Salary:
$70,304 per year
